For the sake of clarity of this Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced with "You", and "Controller" with "We". The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

We respect the right to privacy and care about data security.

Personal data provided in the form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorised persons.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of marketing the products and services of the above-mentioned companies and will not be disclosed to other recipients. The legal basis for processing is consent.

Personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.

The Controller makes every effort to ensure all physical, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

You have the right to request access to your personal data and to rectify it. In addition, you have the right to erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.

Since the basis for data processing is your consent, please note that consent may be withdrawn at any time.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Data controller

The Service Provider is the controller of its customers' data. This means that we process your data such as: first name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, IP address.

The Service Provider is also the controller of the data of persons subscribed to the newsletter.

Personal data is processed:

  • in accordance with personal data protection regulations,
  • in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of, amend or terminate the Agreement and to properly perform the Services provided electronically,
  • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), where the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject,
  • to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent you have given, if you have subscribed to the newsletter.

Every data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of their data, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue possible claims before a court, or if national, EU or international law obliges us to retain the data.

The Service Provider has the right to disclose the User's personal data and other data to entities authorised under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).

Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawal of consent or a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.

The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to entities other than those authorised under applicable law.

We have implemented pseudonymisation and data encryption, and we have introduced access control, thereby minimising the effects of any data security breach.

Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we work closely.

Cookies

The dozbud.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser software on the computer. When the browser reconnects to the site, the website recognises the type of device the user is connecting from. The parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites.

The information collected relates to the IP address, the type of browser used, language, type of operating system, internet service provider, information about time and date, location, and information sent to the website via the contact form.

The data collected is used to monitor and check how users use our websites in order to improve the functioning of the service, ensuring more efficient and trouble-free navigation. We monitor user information using Google Analytics, which records user behaviour on the site.

Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website they use to be tailored to their needs. By remembering their preferences, it enables the appropriate targeting of advertisements addressed to them. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our service, and the data collected is used only within the above-mentioned companies to optimise our activities.

We use the following cookies on our website:

  • "essential" cookies, enabling the use of services available within the service, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the service;
  • cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect authentication abuse within the service;
  • "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the service's websites are used;

Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, is collected only in places where the user has explicitly consented to it by filling in a form. We retain and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform the given function.
