Słoneczne Estate II

The Słoneczne Estate in Ząbki was designed with its future residents in mind. It is for them that we refine the architectural solutions in our new developments, strive to meet all of our clients' expectations and, as far as technically possible, adapt the designed apartments and layouts to residents' individual needs.

The Słoneczne Estate consists of two residential complexes built in two phases. Each complex comprises 4- and 5-storey buildings, the latter equipped with lifts from the level of the garages located beneath the residential sections.

Apartments of various sizes and layouts were designed, from approx. 34 m² to approx. 115 m², each with a balcony or private garden. The apartments are fitted with all necessary technical installations, and the windows have conglomerate window sills. When designing this estate we did not forget about the youngest – with our future clients in mind, we planned a playground on the estate.

Słoneczne Estate III is located in Ząbki, with access from Powstańców Street. The southern side of the estate borders the city of Warsaw. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the many young couples living here make it a joyful, stress-free place to live. The varied housing gives the area a character of urban luxury with a touch of untouched rural charm – everything is close by and within reach.
